Engineers (Multiple positions)
Engineers of all disciplines to provide professional engineering services for detailed design and construction.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Work with a multidisciplinary group of engineers and technicians on projects including life extension, new faciities, and upgrading of existing facilities. Perform feasibility studies, prepare project cost estimates, and prepare procurement and design specifications. Requires BSME, ten+ years of experience as a facilities engineer in the energy or chemical industry, and familiarity with National Codes.
Mechanical Engineer/Designer
Responsible for the design and drawing efforts for assigned projects, review specifications, define equipment scope, establish cost effective designs. Should have experience in process/utility systems from conceptual through final design, mechanical layouts and construction. BSME preferred.
Electrical Project Engineer
Will lead an electrical group in a variety of engineering and design assignments and support procurement, estimating, and construction activities. Significant experience in electrical distribution, equipment sizing, and systems design will be required. Must have 10+ years of experience in facilities engineering and a BS or MS degree in electrical engineering.
Electrical Designer
Applicant must be familiar with NEC and NFPA standards, with 5+ years of experience. Must be familiar with equipment modeling, grounding grid design, cable routing, lighting design, hazardous classification, and be capable of locating equipment in a 3D environment. Should have an A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
Professional Civil Engineer
Professional Engineer should have experience in water plant and solid waste management, regulatory permitting, environmental compliance, storm water management, construction management, and Construction Quality Assurance. Requires 6+ years of experience and a Professional License.
Civil Designer
Develop complex structural layouts, floor and roof plans, elevations, steel framing plans, concrete plans, foundation drawings, and detailed design drawings using theoretical and practical design knowledge and meeting industry standards and local codes. Requires 5+ years of experience with a two-year technical degree or completion of an accredited designer/drafting course.
Chemical Engineer
As Plant Performance Engineer, evaluate production data and site indicators to develop improvement proposals, champion site process, efficiency, cost and quality improvement initiatives to drive down costs increase profitability and improve product quality. Conduct investigations and find ways to simplify processes, shorten cycle times and increase efficiency. Requires BS in Chemical Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of experience in facilities engineering.
Instrument and Control Lead
Responsible for planning and execution of instrument & control portion of power plant upgrades, distribution systems, and/or new generation projects. Manage an I&C team, including engineers and designers, to develop all products necessary and meet schedules and budget. Manage I&C scope of supply across multiple major equipment suppliers; estimate quantities, cost of purchased items, design deliverables, and work hours for the I&C design portion of projects. BS Engineering degree and PE registration preferred. Must have familiarity with boilers, scrubbers, burner managment systems, power plant system instruments and control strategies.Positions require strong technical skills, superior references, and previous experience of 10+ years desired.
