MATE Engineering and Design personnel have an average of 30 years experience. We have experience in all phases of gas separation for the purification of the gas stream, gas compression, total compressor station design, and de-bottlenecking and maintenance of existing facilities. Our staff employs sound engineering and design practices, and can provide on site support as requested or needed for commissioning and start-up.
Chemical and Petrochemical Industry
The expertise of MATE staff is known world-wide in the field of chemicals and their manufacture. Many of our staff were involved in the development of numerous commercial chemical processes for Union Carbide. Mate Staff consists of 27 PhD’s and 7 PE’s in the chemical and process engineering and development area. We can not only provide the process engineering and design of the facilities but also provide mechanical, civil, electrical engineering, instrumentation control systems design, and programming personnel. We can provide purchasing activities, construction management and on-site field engineers as required. MATE engineers and design personnel are proficient in the estimation of engineering and construction project schedules using MicroSoft Project , ChemCad, V8 MicroSoft, 3D-CAD, Finite Element Modeling and Analysis (FEA), Pro/Engineering Technology, Data Management Solutions, MSC Analysis Tools, and many other programs.
Safety
MATE staff are highly qualified to assist with OSHA/DOT training, procedures, and documentation.
Environmental Services
MATE engineers have extensive experience in preparing the required permit assessments and applications for client submittal.
Utilities
MATE personnel have experience with water plant facilities and waste treatment centers engineering and design, gained from working with numerous clients over the years.
