Facility Capabilities

Our plant experience includes design of plant additions, new full scale plants, consulting and troubleshooting. Specialty areas involve complete R&D support from our parent company as well as extensive knowledge in the biofuels area. We also provide environmental and safety studies and we are experienced in cause investigations, pollution prevention and energy conservation studies. Other project work has involved water recovery and reuse, cogeneration from “waste heat”, process optimization, heat transfer, mass transfer, process modeling and control.

Some of our most recent successes include: power generation; water treatment for desalination and removal of heavy metals using proprietary technology developed by our parent company Mid-Atlantic Technology, Research & Innovation Center (MATRIC); treatment of water run-off for selenium removal from coal mining and control system design.

Our control systems automation engineers have over 105 combined years of service in providing comprehensive automation of system integration and software development services.
